When I started this firm in 2013, I wanted to establish a law firm that partnered with their clients to find solutions to their criminal or family law matters. I wanted to break away from a traditional litigation heavy model of representation to favor a more solution-based model. Our work is always focused on finding the best resolution for our clients. This sometimes requires us to represent our clients in bench and jury trials and sometimes this means working to resolve the issue with compromise and cooperation.

Our litigation philosophy is to engage in persuasive advocacy. This is different than aggressive advocacy and, in our opinion, persuasive advocacy is far more effective.
